Portions for 3 servings:
2 racks of spare ribs
2 sweet potatoes
3 red apples
1oz raisins "Seedless Thomson"
Juice of one orange
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
4 tbsp brown sugar
Preheat the open to 390°F (200°C).
Cut the sweet potato in 1/4" sections and place them in a closed glass oven dish. Add the apple cut in dices and the raisins. Pour the orange juice in and powder with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Place the two racks of spareribs over the apples powder them with brown sugar and nutmeg. Put the lid on the dish and cook 50mn at 390°F (200°C). Beware that cooking time may vary depending on dish material. 50mn is given for a glass dish.
